However, NAN wins $940,000 from them. CHEUNG decides to leave the TV Company and join NAN’s company. NAN, SAI and CHEUNG lose a lot of money in a Macau Casino. SAI does not feel too bad because he thinks he still has $300,000 from NAN. Unfortunately, he finds out that NAN has died of choking when they get off the ferry.
At the funeral, YING CHING learns that NAN had many unpaid debts; one of them is a $5mil down payment for a new film. KING buys that contract and forces YING CHING to pay. SAI cannot cash the cheque that NAN gave him. He then decides to have a car race with a tycoon.
