7.00 60 minutes Roger is very happy with his sexy date Autumn but out of the blue she tells him she's getting married! An elderly black man named Bob arrives at the practice. He doesn't sign in; just sits there. Nina starts asking him question and Bob tells her there's nothing wrong with him. He's just come there to die! Don Claybourne arrives at the practice for treatment but his hateful attitude and racist remarks towards Nina make him an unpopular guy. In fact, Tim is so provoked by Don's racist attitude that he has troubles treating him at all. Bob is spreading his words of wisdom to Roger and the others. It turns out that Bob used to live in this very building when he was a kid back when it was an apartment building. Now he's come back to die. Sarah is filling in for another doctor and has to deal with a couple of childbirths. One of her patients, the very young Courtney Wilkes, is about to give birth and she is not very cooperative. However, Sarah is worried about Courtney and orders some tests.
