Emma and Felix have finally reached their breaking point. The financial pressure and the renovation work are demanding everything from them, and living with the ghosts is putting a strain on their relationship. Then a solution to their misery appears: a hotel chain is offering them a fortune if they are willing to sell the property. Suddenly, they would be free of all their debts and problems. But the ghosts are desperately searching for a way to stop the deal.
