The three rockers that were in the bottom three were Jill, Dana and Patrice. Toby and Zayra were also in the bottom three at some point during the voting period. Dave noted surprise that Toby was standing up and that Lukas wasn't standing up for his performance. Jill was the first to sing for her survival in a performance that not only saved her from elimination, but garnered her a standing ovation with her version of Heart's "Alone". Supernova also commented to Patrice that it really is saying something to them if she was in the bottom three even with Tommy playing drums behind her. After Supernova deliberated, Dana was sent home, with the band claiming that she was too young and had a long way to go.
