CHING is sentenced to jail for eight years. SZE is heartbroken because she cannot believe that CHING has been lying to her. SHANG visits CHING and tells him they are still good friends, CHING is moved. SHANG successfully helps HEI to reduce the sentence period, but HEI is not happy at all. She only hopes that LUI can wake up soon. CHI begs SHANG to come back to Prosperous, but SHANG thinks that he doesn’t have the heart to work for the meantime, so he rejects. SZE knows she cannot give up CHING, so she forgives him and willing to wait for his release and get married with him afterwards.
