YAU’s staff are worried that HO WING-CHEUNG, the least-liked member of the police, will be transferred to their team. YAU would like to reject the transfer request at first but she changes her mind as soon as she has read through CHEUNG’s personal files. Concerned about staff morale, YAU also gives her team a few words of consolation. MAN recovers from unconsciousness and denies killing WAI. Laboratory test results show that MAN’s mother HING has had a fight with WAI but HING denies that she has killed WAI. SUM discovers a deep wound in WAI’s skull although he cannot find a lethal weapon which matches the size and shape of the wound. CHEUNG is late on the day he reports for duty. Later he even skives off work to buy some snacks and leaves his wallet in the crime scene, which irks his fellow colleagues beyond measure.… ...
