Before journalists knew about the find, the case urgently needed to be covered. To this end, Boyana bribes the official in charge of the archaeological finds, but is surprisingly kidnapped by strangers along with the permission to continue construction. This calls the whole project into question. Popov learns from Martin about the kidnapping and the police joins the search. Meanwhile, Sunny asks Martin to get her out of the secret apartment where she is hiding with Ivo's mother. The two make a plan to escape, but just as Sunny prepares to escape, Ivo comes home.
