0.00 30 minutes Jordan Andino's on the west coast, checking out what Vancouver has to offer after hours. His first stop is tapas bar Espana, where he cracks into a Spanish version of a British Scotch egg and follows that up with incredible seafood paella. Next he heads to the Gastown neighborhood and stops at Clough Club, known for its twisted-up street food and cultivated cocktails. Jordan spoons up Chef Alvin's unique creation, Potachos, a mashup of tater tots and classic nachos, and takes a bite out of a Banh Mi Hot Dog. He washes it all down with Clough Club's signature drink, a lemony, floral concoction playfully called the "It's Not You, It's Me." Finally, Jordan's off to The Arbor, where meatless cuisine takes a new turn with old favorites. He chows down on crispy Baja Tacos with a mushroom twist and their top-selling late night dish, the surprisingly "meaty" Arburger.
