Ding's ghost appears to Shang and trains him to avenge his death. Shang becomes the new champion under Ding's training and catches Tang's attention. Shang is about to challenge Tang when Ding discovers Tang's winning secret. Fearing Shang's defeat, Ding decides to enter the ring and fight Tang by himself.
