6.40 60 minutes Jeff is under a lot of pressure to sell his Ben Lomond home, but with the market on the decline, things are not looking good. Jeff can't afford any more mistakes and when he gets the wrong shade of drapes he has a meltdown. But despite all the drama, Jeff always makes time for his staff. He commissions an original abstract portrait for Zoila as a special birthday gift, but not being an art connoisseur, the gift doesn't go over well.
