Her sister Marilyn was killed when they were both children and she now remembers the details and the killer… her father. But it's up to Ali and the Cold Squad to provide the evidence to support this story. Meanwhile, Inspector Ross asks her to talk to a dying hit man, hoping she can persuade the man to talk about some of his victims, particularly a bag lady named Nancy Seniuk.
