4.00 60 minutes Commissioner Reynolds is awkwardly sitting on the doorstep to the bathroom of his hotel suite. Although it is obvious he is dead, Jack doesn't call the pollice or something. He is too eager to overcome the buraucratic obstacles at the county to sell the hotel. So the 'Do not disturb'-sign is still at the Commissioner's hotel suite door.
